Anxiety can feel like knotty summersaults in your stomach. It can also get in the way of activities you enjoy (or want to enjoy!). When we are anxious, we can feel restless, nervous, irritable, or on edge. Also, we can feel like we are in daily danger of things going wrong. Everyone gets anxious from time to time – however, anxiety is a problem when it becomes a problem. In other words, when anxiety gets in the way of your life, it might be time to do something about it.
