Assertiveness is a key part of good communication. Assertiveness means knowing who you are and what you stand for. It certainly doesn’t mean always getting your way. However, it means doing your best to be heard. Perhaps you’re getting “run over” by others in your life, and you feel you’re not getting your due.
That’s where I come in.
I can teach you what it means to be assertive, and I can coach you on actually being assertive in many different situations. Assertiveness isn’t about learning a set of words or phrases: assertiveness means flexibly adapting effectively to the situation at hand in a way that you can be respectably seen and heard.
